What to Bring To Class
- We practice barefoot on mats that provide a little cushion and traction.
- Bring your boxing gloves and/or hand wraps to every class.
- Water or a sports drink. We also have a drinking fountain available and cold bottled drinks for sale.
- A sweat towel is recommended.
