The K.I.C.K. Program is Buffalo’s highest intensity Cardio kickboxing class designed for anyone who wants to sweat. K.I.C.K. Or “Karate Inspired Cardio Kickboxing”, is for ages 16 and up. This class has everything you need for a full body work out. Taught by Master Butch Klawon, not some one who took a 6 weeks kickboxing seminar, but a real martial artist.

Get an all around workout with an emphasis on fun. This one-hour class is guaranteed to push your endurance to the limits as you punch, kick and jump rope your way to better fitness. Old time traditions are mixed with modern methods to produce the best all around workouts available today. Muscle toning, strength conditioning, weight loss and endurance are just a few of the benefits you will achieve from just a few short weeks of training. K.I.C.K. is a mix of popular martial arts styles such as Karate, Kickboxing, Tae Bo and Kung Fu strategically blended with more traditional exercises found in the boxing gym, not to mention many drills and exercises that are totally unique to United World Martial Arts. Don’t waste your time with the “imitators” when you can try a class from the “originators”!
